It cannot be requested
Or bestowed without the proof of the pudding!
Trusting
Something you earn.
Yields over time,
Through gentle, loving words but most of all
Reaching out a hand across the gap
Not expecting a jump
Only the wanting to know,
deeply,
You, as you.
Your colours, your life force and language of love
And freedom to fly as you need.
Then tender and curious,
Trust can bloom.
